Many companies claim that they have the “Best service in the business” but few even have a way to measure how happy customers are. Here at Valley Office Systems we have a system that allows us to capture feedback after every service call. We use the Net Promoter Score system www.netpromoter.com.
Some well loved companies like Costco, Nordstrom, and Apple reach into the 70’s and 80’s. Valley’s Netpromoter Score for 2014 was 87.13! That ranks us above those organizations.
Of course we are not perfect and every customer experience not 100%. This system gives our customers a way to provide us with both the good and the not so great and us the opportunity to see where we can improve. It is an easy and quick way to help us see what you, our customer, wants from us.
