A native of Rupert, Idaho, Howard brings over 25 years of industry experience, with over 10 of those years as the owner of Valley Office Systems. His wealth of knowledge and expertise ensures that we provide the programs and solutions to meet the increasing demands for your business to have quality connected services. His commitment to customer service and strong business relationships is evident in whatever capacity you find yourself interacting with Valley Office Systems. Howard and his wife Colleen are proud parents of three sons and a daughter and are involved in many philanthropic endeavors throughout our Idaho, Utah and Wyoming service district.

As Company Vice President Jim’s primary focus is taking care of customers who have entrusted Valley Office Systems with their office solution needs. Jim has over 20 years in the copier and banking industries.

As operations manager, Dee is here to help answer questions regarding invoices, financing, payments, etc. She has over 30 years of experience, specifically in the office equipment industry. She is empowered to make decisions necessary to fix any problem immediately.

Bart has nearly 35 years of experience in the office equipment industry, and has the ability to help customers with Sharp, Ricoh, HP and many other products and services. Bart is happy to help you with all of your questions, and is just a quick click or phone call away.

As the operations manager for our 3 Utah locations Carrie handles equipment inventroy, parts & suppies, setup & delivery of equipment, equipment billing, customer disputes, and building a team that will embrace change and growth in Utah. Carrie is very customer oriented and stands as a strong advocate for our customers. She has over 34 years in the industry.

Andy has more than 30 years of experience in leadership and major account experiene in the office technology field. He has spend time working for many industry company directly in major metropolitan markets. Andy specializes in leadership, sales, represntative development, major account managment, and branch operations

Ab brings 28 years of industry experience to the Boise branch. With his years of experience in hardware, software, and document management he has a great basis of knowlege to lead our production team and assist our customers in finding solutions to optimize their business.

Wayne has over 36 years of industry experience. His primary focus is leading and developing the Boise and Twin Falls service and operational teams. Wayne ensures quality and timely delivery of all service in harmony with our core values of integrity, excellence, and teamwork with a committed focus on our customers.

Derek has been in the industry for 32 years and has spend time on both the sales and service sides of the industry. Currently he provides support and management for our talented Service Team and Customers in SE Idaho.

Luis brings over 25 years of experience to the Utah service team. Luis focuses on managing and assisting the Utah team of service technicians to make sure that our customers receive top of the line service.
